There is a new novella set in the Class 5 world out in just over a week, and one more Class 5 book in the pipeline :)

Not delusional, RH :) A Class 5 novella will be out on Oct 6th (Rose, Sazo and Dav will feature) in an anthology entitled Pets in Space 5. I'll put the novella out on its own once the anthology comes down. I do plan one more full-length Class 5 book, so you can look out fo that later next year :)

The Verdant String books aren't set in the same universe, so it must be that that's just how I think and write :). The Class 5 series is set in a contemporary setting, time-wise, whereas the Verdant String is set thousands and thousands of years into the future.

Hi Kay! I've updated the website just recently, and am happy to say that Shadow Warrior is releasing this Monday, Jan 22nd! It is the final book in the series, and Taya and Garek are still the main protagonists. The delay was caused by my work on Insurgency, a project that was intended to be a novella set in my new series world, The Verdant String, which ended up being double the original length I thought it would be. It ate into my Shadow Warrior schedule, but I just released Insurgency (and included Interference, the first Verdant String novella, to form a box set) this last Monday, so January is turning out to be a busy release month for me. I'm so glad you have enjoyed the Sky Raiders series, and I hope you enjoy Shadow Warrior!

I may write more in the Class 5 world in the future, but I've got a lot of stories vying for space in my head, so I'm letting some other characters have a turn at the moment :) If you want to sign up for my new notification list on my website (www.michellediener.com), when I have a new book written I send out a newsletter informing those on the list what's coming out. Hi Jessica. I have always had one more book planned, but life and other deadlines got in the way. I hope, one day, I can go back and write what I had in mind, but it won't be for a while. I'm so happy to hear you want more of Susanna and Parker's story! :) Michelle

I may come back to the Class 5 world, I've certainly invested a lot of time into creating it, but I've been gripped by a new science fiction romance series which I'm writing now, and which I hope my readers will love just as much. Hi Anna, Dark Minds is the last book in the Class 5 series. It's possible I'll go back and write a new story in that universe some time in the future but right now I'm working on another SFR series I hope readers enjoy just as much. Regards Michelle

Hi Caitlin, I never set out to make all the AIs male, in fact I intended to make at least two of them female, but somehow the story just didn't work out like that. The Class 5 series is finished now, and I'm working on another SFR series, but if I go back to that world and write another story set in that universe, I'd certainly consider that. Regards Michelle

Thank you, Nancy. I'm so glad you've enjoyed the Regency London books. Unfortunately, I don't have another one in the pipeline at the moment. My problem is I have such wide-ranging tastes as a reader and writer, and I'm busy with a space opera / science fiction romance series at the moment. If you like strong, quirky female characters, you could swop Regency London for outer space and try my Class 5 series :).

I do plan on writing more books about the Class 5s, Kathie. I'm halfway through another project right now, but when it's done, I'll be back to writing about Sazo's fellow thinking systems :)

Right now I'm working on a suspense novel set between the two world wars in the late 1920s. It's a lot of fun delving into the world of flappers, spies and travel by ocean liner.
