I live my life. I do something different - or go somewhere different. I read current events. I watch people. There are stories everywhere - and I get my inspiration from many different places.

The ability to create anything. The ability to disappear into another world for a while. The telling of a story - not just the plot, but all the intricate details in between. The readers - their comments, their support, I always learn from them. In general, though, writing is very fulfilling for me. No matter what struggles I am going through - writing has always been very therapeutic - like reading. As long as there are words, I am happy.

I put the current project aside and go to another writing project. I find that as long as I continue writing - no matter what I write - it will usually give me the kick start I need. If I continue to have writer's block - I put the writing aside and read a book. That always helps.
