I am currently reading the Malazan Book of the Fallen. I am near finishing Deadhouse Gates, and can't wait to try to knock out the next eight books.

I'm pretty sure this is a totally unoriginal answer, but I would have to say Middle-Earth. That world has played such a formative part of my life that if given the opportunity to visit anywhere, I would be doing myself a disservice to answer with anywhere else. I would spend the majority of my time in the Shire, but obviously need to travel to all the other major realms. Rivendell, Lothlorien, Minas Tirith, Rohan, Fangorn Forest...geez I'd probably even try to sneak into Mordor.
