The fifth Darcy Farthing adventure will be out early 2015. Darcy and the gang are back at sea this time in Australia. There is a murder mystery of course, but also some fun and interest around an invasion of yellow crazy ants.

Difficult to answer this one. I can manage to write when I sit down to do so. Unlike many other authors, I don't write every day. Things I hear and see daily bring to mind directions the plots can go and that gives me inspiration.

For Alternate Currents, the fourth in series, I wanted to bring back characters from the first book in the series. They are domestic partners who live in Seattle with their daughter through surrogacy. The story just took off when I began research on the science and legal issues surrounding assisted reproductive technology.
