It's had for me to decide. It may sound a bit odd, but I have always found myself with a deep affinity for renaissance european era. I nearly found myself getting a PhD in history in York. We are in so much student loan debt we decided to hold off. I am so passionate about history because I get so frustrate that there are so many things that we will NEVER know for sure. I have to type a "?" or I can't reply LOL
Neve Maslakovic (OK, I went and read the FAQs for Authors and can't find any way to turn these Q&As into a discussion... It really seems to be one question, one answer, so will keep that in mind for the future, I guess)

I have to say I had a great time reading history books/articles for the 3 books in the series plus one novelette. It WAS a little frustrating, as you say Melissa, that there is so much that's unknown... until I realized that that's good in a way, because the unknown is where the story lies. I wrote a guest blog post on it a while back, which said that "the place to look for the story is right there, in that fuzzy intersection of the known and the uncharted." http://www.jeff-wheeler.com/?p=558

I just started listening to your first Incident book - I am totally hooked!! You are making my commute such a delight. I can't wait to read the others. I have always wanted to experience the past, and to uncover secrets that only time travel can reveal. :) Did you always dream of time travel as a litttle girl too?
Neve Maslakovic Hi Melissa, so glad to hear that you're enjoying the book! Did I always dream of time-travel as a girl? Yes - and as an adult, too :) How great would it be if we could go back in time (as observers only) and see the pyramids being built or visit New York and other great cities back when they were just villages... I'm sure we'd find much of it disturbing to the modern eye, but what a trip it would be. Is there a particular place/time you'd want to visit?
