K.T. Archer If I get stuck on a particular scene or how a particular character should be perceived, I people watch. I don't stress the words not coming or try to force them to come because that only makes it worse. People watching can be cathartic and generally gives me a spark to draw from.
K.T. Archer Responses from readers about what I've written. Good, bad or indifferent each one brings their own interpretation about what I wrote.
K.T. Archer WRITE! For heaven's sake, WRITE! Once you've begun writing, FINISH IT! Have fun with writing.

I'm approached at book events frequently by aspiring writers asking questions about writing. When they tell me about themselves, their ideas, where they'd like to go with their writing, etc., I find one common theme...they've failed to begin writing anything or they've begun a plethora of stories without completing anything. K.T. Archer I'm currently working on the 4th book in the Lizzy Wallace series to be released in 2015.
K.T. Archer Coffee! I get up early (between 3-4 a.m.) everyday to have coffee and spend a little quiet time before life gets going. On the days I don't have to leave home, I still get up early to spend time with my steaming cup of joy and allow Lizzy Wallace to frolic freely through my brain. I have spent entire days in my pajamas, drinking coffee and letting her story flow into my computer.
