Andreas Rosboch I was writing advice on managing domestic helpers on web forums, and I realized that I kept writing the same things. I then did some research and noticed that there was no English language book on the subject. And so a project was born.

Try to keep have a target of a certain number of words per day, be it 500 or 2000. Write those even if they turn out to be crap.

Write even without hope of publication. It is the only way to hone your skills.
Andreas Rosboch Keep writing every day, even if it is crap. You can typically salvage some of it through revision, and even if you have to throw it all out it seems to help you move on.
