I am so sorry I did not see this question earlier. Unfortunately the book is out of print, although you can sometimes still find it secondhand. And I no longer have the files for it, so I have no way of re-releasing it.

Hi Elske,
I am so sorry for the loss of your friend.
That is wonderful that you made a recording of my poem. Thank you so much for letting me know, and I would love to hear it.

So many worlds to choose from! I think I would go to the Library in Genevieve Cogman's Invisible Library series, because not only does it have every book, and every version of every book, published in various different universes, but you can access many different universes from there. I think that would be very interesting.
It's a bit like L-space in Terry Pratchett's multiverse, which can access many different universes due to the way that the accumulated knowledge in libraries can bend space-time.

I don't really have a summer reading list, because I read books all year round. I am currently reading "Calculating God" by Robert J Sawyer, and recently re-read the excellent "The Years of Rice and Salt" by Kim Stanley Robinson. I also want to get the rest of the Neanderthals series by Robert J Sawyer.
I might re-read "The Handmaid's Tale" and "American Gods".
I shall also read a few of the books on my Goodreads "Want to Read" list.
Recommendations welcome.

This answer contains spoilers…
(view spoiler)[Faramir and Eowyn in "The Lord of the Rings".
Faramir is studious and likes learning from Gandalf, and goes and lives in the forests of Ithilien with a group of warriors, rather like Robin Hood and his Merrie Men.
Eowyn is a kickass shieldmaiden who disguises herself as a man, Dernhelm, to go and fight in the war against Sauron, and she (together with the hobbit Merry) succeeds in killing the lord of the Nazgul. It was prophesied that no man could kill him. Indeed not, it was a woman and a hobbit who got him.
It somehow feels right that these two would get on well. A geek and a tomboy. Awesome combination. (hide spoiler)]

Getting feedback on stuff I have written, that people find it helpful or inspiring. That's one reason I love blogging, because the feedback is nearly instantaneous.

The issue of consent has been of growing concern in both the Pagan community and the wider culture over the last few years. We realised that Pagans have specific perspectives to offer on consent culture, and set out to get contributors to what has proven to be a very rich anthology.

Write something else (a blogpost for example) and then return to the thing you were stuck on.
That said, I think it is true that writers are good at distracting themselves with housework!

It varies. Sometimes it is because I have a conversation about something, or someone asks me a question, or something happens, and I realise that I have a perspective on it that is worth sharing.

Read other people's stuff. Learn the craft of writing. Just write. You will end up throwing away a lot of what you write, but the only way to improve as a writer is to write, and write, and write - preferably every day.

The working title of my current project is "Dark Mirror: the inner work of witchcraft". It is about all the different techniques that are commonly used in a Wiccan circle, and what is happening on the magical and inner levels when you are working in circle.
