I have 'what to do with all the writing' block more than writer's block. I may sit with an idea too long and lose enthusiasm for it, so I try and just write whatever comes and then judge it afterwards.

Let others criticise your work, don't do that part yourself. Also, don't imagine that being a writer is glamorous. It's just work, and practice.
