Dear Ryan
Thanks for your question and sorry for the delay in replying (I've been out of the country).
I don't think there are any plans to publish my Antioch book in paperback or at a lower price. I'm not sure what you are looking for exactly, but do note that this book is very much aimed at an academic audience (hence the rather painful price-tag).
Would you like advice on other books I have published or further reading on Antioch and / or the First Crusade?
Best wishes
Thomas

Dear Mark
Thanks for your questions.
The audio CD version of 'The Greatest Knight' (read by Derek Perkins) is scheduled to be released on 10 March, though I think it might be slightly delayed as I was only asked to sign off on the CD cover yesterday.
As to my BBC documentary: unfortunately, as far as I am aware, there are currently no plans to broadcast the program in the US. Sorry.

Hello Ryan
Thanks for you question.
I do comment on the later careers of both Stephen of Blois and Bohemond at the end of the book, though there is more detail in my general history 'The Crusades: The War for the Holy Land'. Bohemond stayed in Antioch initially, only completing his pilgrimage to Jerusalem in late 1099.
Hope you enjoy the rest of the book.
