I learn from Dory "Just keep writing, just keep writing" No kidding. I don't really get writers block because I've got a job that lets me think about my writing as I'm working so when I get home I can get to it. But if I do get stuck I just do something else, like watch a movie or read. Then sometimes when I'm done...my mind just figers it out. Then I'm off again.

The world of Ethereal came to me over the course of many books and movies but my main insprestion for Taylinn and the Elousen race would be a mix between the Elves from "Lord of the Rings" and "Mrs. Frisby and the Rats of NIMH" I read that book many times when I was a kid. I decide to give my characters fur of the rats, and human face of the Elves. And the rest is history, as they say.

What can I say. First of all, don't do this for money. Do it because you love writing. The money will follow. Do it because you love to tell stories.
