Part One inspired it. There is a lady in Book 1 called Joanne. I like the role she played, and I want to explore her story. The idea was with me for a few weeks. Then, I fleshed it out on a piece of paper. I like what I have. So, I'm giving it a shot.
A. Ogunmokun There are a lot of things. I can't pick one thing. For instance, The Devil's ex-fiancee was inspired by how it's hard to see a black woman at the center of some thrillers. (I agree that I might be one who doesn't read widely enough.) But I just want to write a black woman and put her into the center of action. So far, I'm proud. And yes, I get inspired by a lot of things. Random people, conversations, and historical records. A lot of things.

Joanne's story. It's in my head, but I can't sit down to write it yet.
A. Ogunmokun I solve the problem that's making it hard for me to write. It's usually because of one personal issue if I can't write. It means I can't concentrate at that time. So, I will leave the PC and attend to such issues.
