I’ve always been interested in US politics but find that the vast media coverage often makes it difficult to keep up with everything that is happening. I wrote “The 2016 Presidential Election” to give people the opportunity to learn about this year’s US general election without having to sift through tons of (often biased) information.

If a writer comes across something they feel is important they have the opportunity to write about it and share it with the world. Whether it’s a passion or an interest, fantasy or reality, a writer has a chance to fill the void they perceive and to open up discovery to others.

I start writing. It's that simple. When I start to get writer's block I know it's simply because of fear, fear of not being happy with what I'm writing. I quickly tell myself that everything can be edited and I am then able to write. Even if the first couple of sentences are terrible, the words soon begin to flow. Later I edit, edit, edit.
