My fifth novel. This is the premise:
The heroine's lavish lifestyle is destroyed when her rich partner does a runner. Penniless and homeless, she finds herself scratching a living by doing menial jobs. Then she discovers that her absent partner’s ex-wife is one of the city’s prominent madams; the reason why he absconded; and the hold his ex has over him. The heroine realises the only way to extricate him from his predicament is for her to enter the city's seedy world of massage parlours and prostitution.
