Take a break, read, listen to music, and start to look again at all of the planning notes, etc. to remind myself where I am going in the main character arcs. I keep the planning to a minimum but with enough pointers to keep me advancing well along a structure that allows me to react to the creativity of deep thought that can solve so many plot issues better than just cold planning.
