I try to give myself some space from the keyboard by taking a walk or reading books by authors that inspire me. I don't give myself too long of a break, just enough time to refresh. If I'm stuck on a scene, I'll skip around and writer another part of the story that's more exciting until I'm ready to come back to the tricky scene.
