Just keep typing. Keep writing, even if you can't think of something good to write. Write about writer's block. Edit things. Inspiration isn't what get's books written, hard work does. Inspiration may be behind some extra special scenes, but you have to keep your muscles ready to work or you will waste it when it comes. Just keep writing.
