My advice is that the more you edit the better your writing will be. Writing is a skill that can deteriorate over time if you don't utilize it. That means that the more you write the better your writing will be.

I think that each person is different. But, it is easier to right thoughts down that it is to say them out loud.

For my book, the just had enough of politicians and the media misleading the country on important issues, so I tried to be as honest as possible in order to try and inform the public of the truth. I also prayed that God would help me find the words to tell that story.

What I do to deal writer's block is to stop what I am doing and find something else to do for a while at least until a fresh thought pops in my head. Once that happens, I will then sit down and type my thoughts out.
