Right now, I'm working on a contemporary thriller set in Vienna, Austria. It's different from Nairobi Ndoto. I may choose to have a couple of characters from Nairobi Ndoto make an appearance in the new work, but I haven't decided yet.

I got the idea for Nairobi Ndoto from the four years I lived in Nairobi.
I got the idea for the book I'm working on now from the city of Vienna (its history, the things I see around me, my experiences in the city), current events, and some of my past work in financial services.
