I have two exciting projects in the works right now. I am brainstorming a potential follow-up to Soulmates exploring one of A and Z's past lives further. I am also outlining a dystopian romance novel about the reluctant leader of a community of survivors in a not-so-distant future PNW. For now, let's call it a "Dystopian Pride and Prejudice meets gender-swapped Beauty and the Beast," but with my own hopeful, emotional flair!

The best thing about being a writer is having the opportunity to heal through creativity. When writing Soulmates, I did a lot of personal healing. That's just one of the reasons my debut novel is so special to me. When I found out that other people could relate to my main character's experiences, and that they too were experiencing healing because of my words, it changed my life forever.
