You can have a pen and a small notebook in your purse, you can speak to the audio recorder on your phone or make notes in your phone. By doing this you make the whole procedure of writing a book a lot easier.

I go out walking, swimming or do what ever makes me feel inspirational. As an author you can never force the ideas to come or try to write when you are not in the mood. It is better to let go and step from the computer, once you you let go, the ideas com floating back to you.
