It's hard to take time out for writing when you're a full-time student with other hobbies too. However, to make time for writing, I set a monthly target, for example, to finish 3 chapters a month. (It varies every month according to my student schedule) In this way, I can ensure that I write a substantial amount every month, even if I don't write every day or every week.

Looking at everyone's amazement when I or someone else tells them that a fourteen-year-old is a published author.

Writer's block is tricky and each person has a different way to deal with it. I like to listen to a couple of songs to cool down my brain, or I leave my piece as it is and come back to it later, preferably the next day. One thing I've been doing recently is leaving my work where it is and writing another part of it, something I'm sure will take place in the sequence. Later, I come back and try to work my way from where I left off to the new part. It's pretty helpful; kind of like working my way backwards.

I just looked around my room for ideas, and my eyes fell on a pillow cover that I had recycled from an old t-shirt. It said the words "Just Be Cool" and that got me thinking. It was the original title for the book and I made the plot around it. Eventually, I changed the plot a bit and renamed the book to "The School Tyrant".

My next book is about a maze which stores an Elixir of Life. This plot may be overused, but the story and subplots sure aren't!

My first choice would definitely be the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. I would kill to become a student there, be sorted and join the Quidditch team!
