My idea for Kissing Crows initially came from the idea that Rapunzel freed herself from the tower. What it grew into is a story about the relationship between a mother and a daughter and the deep sacrifices we make out of love.

I like to go for a walk to get my body and my mind moving. And the sunshine and fresh air helps. If it's stormy outside, I will walk around my house or clean something while I think through whatever plot point has me stuck for a moment.
