I was going to say the flexibility, because you can write whenever. That is the practical. However, the most rewarding thing for me is allowing my creativity out. I like making a world and have it unfold in front of me, developing characters as I go. Each character feels like a real person that I know.

I love to write in parallel. I have multiple books going right now, most all in the Raven, Romda and Ravai world. I am making revisions on the second book that are almost done. The third book is done, and I decided to do a fairly large rewrite of it. Pray for me on that one:-) I'm finishing up the fourth book ...

Coffee? I like to write and have never had writer's block. I'm like the equivalent of someone who talks too much. I can write at the drop of a hat. It's usually what I write is the problem. Just like a talker, some of the things I write should not make the page. So, I need to edit much.
As for my inspiration, I write these books because of my son and his reading. I like going off into his creative world. My wife is also very encouraging. I probably would have quit by now without her.

I'm thinking the pages of the Fantastic Four. I think I would grab a beer with the Thing.

While shaving, John's ex-wife's corpse appears in his mirror. Before he can turn, she stares into his reflected eyes, "You did this to me!"

I probably shouldn't plan, because I'll end up letting the wind blow me somewhere. Nonetheless, my current plan is to read a C# book (exciting, I know.) I like to work out both sides of my brain. Then, I have a spiritual book by Mitch Pacwa in the pile. I'll probably find some weird, funny autobiography on the way, but I haven't met it yet. For fiction, I currently have nothing in the pile. I might need some ideas.
