C.C. Milton Mine, so I could see my main character. I came up with her when I was 18 and I started to write the book when i was 25 and I published it when i was 37. Mostly because I could hear her telling me to finish it. I really would like to see what monster I made lol.
C.C. Milton how i seem to always go in circles.
C.C. Milton The voice echoed in my mind as I tossed and turned in my bed. I slowly opened my eyes and saw him, my six year old asking me a million questions at seven a.m.
C.C. Milton It is random how I pick my books. I have to do it in audio because I listen to it as I work. it is helpful if the narrator is decent. I really like peter kenny, he is a good narrator.
C.C. Milton Was originally going to be a computer game i was making but computer blew up. only thing that survived was the script. I ran into one of my old high school teachers and he asked if I published a book yet. I told him no and he was upset and said "We always thought you would be a writer, you where always good at it." So i turned the script into a book. I took a break in the middle because problems in my life demanded I stop. but i was getting annoyed by this voice in the back of my head telling me to finish.
C.C. Milton When I was a kid computer games focused on story above graphics. The stories always caught my attention and filled my imagination. One game in mind was Myth the Fallen lords. It had such a rich lore it got me into writing stuff myself.
C.C. Milton The companion novel to my first novel. I have already finished the draft and have done some minor edits.
C.C. Milton take a break. A lot of times the block is from me not understanding something and I need to work it out in my head, or it is something I am not good at writing so I listen, watch, or read stories that focus on that.
C.C. Milton Gets the voice that was nagging at me to stop.
C.C. Milton Keep learning. There is millions of things to remember and easy to forget. Always keep it fresh in your mind by always listening to the rules or advice on writing. It also keeps you updated with the changes in the industry.
