So I did have a little bit of 'writer's block' in the middle of 2020 when I was about 80% "done" with the first draft of JULEBORD ... the very easy cure for this is that I found a book competition (it actually was the 'Staunch Book Prize' - check it out at www.staunchbookprize.com). They initially only asked for the opening chapters (which were written...) so I send them in. Well, and then they sent me an e-mail that they want to see the whole story ... my writer's block was cured very quickly ... I managed to send in a "complete" manuscript ... well did not win anything ;-) ... but it surely was a very good CURE for writer's block....
