R. Christopher Longstreet I wanted to express the inner turmoil of my main character search to be himself. Almost anyone, who is successful and who is struggling to be, can identify with that.
R. Christopher Longstreet Reading, being attentive to becoming a good listener, observing how people interact with each, and I would submit, being me. R. Christopher Longstreet I never considered this question. I think being a writer, or for that matter, is what I love. It permeates in my bones and I just be who I am in that sense. I enjoy the process; learning new words and how to use them in doing my work is quite fulfilling. Growing as a writer is the joy of it.
R. Christopher Longstreet There is always thoughts brewing inside my mind as a writer. I am constantly working on various projects, often at the same time. Sketching outlines, editing, and working to finish projects fills my time, so having what they call "writer's block", I have never experienced. I am a writer, writing all the time.
