Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

C. Read After having been involved with a Bible study group, that turned out to be a cult remarkably similar to the Branch Davidians of Waco, Texas, led by David Koresh, I had such a burning desire within my soul to warn others.

I had been with them for some three years, and had grown to love and trust the leaders completely, but after I found out the truth about them I could no longer remain. That did not stop them from wanting me back under their control and influence; and my book shows how they tried to convince me that they were right, and I was wrong.

Cults are on the rise, and no one is exempt from their evil influences! Koresh was violently removed from this earth over twenty years ago, but his “spirit” still lives on in the hearts of some very deceived and wicked men.

My provocative and highly controversial exposé reveals some of the struggles and triumphs that go along with “Walking With the Enemy.”

C. Read My desire to share what God has done for me is truly my inspiration.

What are you currently working on?

C. Read I am marketing my current book, Walking With the Enemy: A Testimony, which was first published in 1995, and is now in the 5th Edition. I have been giving it away for the last twenty years, but I believe it is now ready for mass consumption... :)
