E.D. Hackett Don't give up and don't expect too much. If you wait until you know it all, you will be paralyzed and unable to create. Just believe in yourself. If you can connect with just one person through your writing, your job is done.
E.D. Hackett I spend a lot of time watching people and creating stories about their lives, which are inferred by their body language, facial expressions, or tone of voice. I always wanted to live other people's lives and writing was the easiest way for me to do that. People watching gave me the material while wanted to live other people's lives gave me the motivation to write.
E.D. Hackett For most of my childhood I never knew who my father was. Turned out he was married with children of his own. HOPE HANNA MURPHY took a lot of my own emotions related to that situation and applied it to my main characters.
