E.M. Cooper I used to keep notes on scraps of paper and exercise books, but more recently I've graduated to a big fat notebook with a fancy cover. It lasts longer and the quality of the paper is nicer to work with. Once I've transferred everything important in them to Word, I usually throw them away. Otherwise I'd be like one of those hoarders who have columns of books and papers heading for the ceiling and eventually burying my family and the cat.
E.M. Cooper There isn't one best thing about writing as there are so many positive answers to this question. It's exciting to have goals, ambitions and passion in life. Writing is fulfilling and fun. With effort and practice you can strive to improve all the time. Even if your latest book isn't everything you hoped for, you can always start another.

E.M. Cooper I'm currently working on book two of the Xavier series with the working title, Flight to Ambrosia and creating a book trailer for Xavier. I'm learning to use the Adobe Premier Pro program to animate hand-drawn and Photo-shopped images. I expect it to take a while.
E.M. Cooper I listen to music or sit outside with an exercise book and doodle and make notes about scenes, characters or plot issues until potential solutions start to fall into place.
