Join a writers workshop or find a really good crit group. (I highly recommend inkubator.com. Tell them I sent you! ) There's no better way to learn than to write, submit your work for review and edit, then wash and repeat.

Currently working on *takes deep breath* Book 5 of the Zero-Point Awakening series, Mindstorm a new YA, dystopian sci-fi novel (putting the finishing touches on this -- so watch for this release) and sorting out some plot holes and pacing issues with the draft of Masters Own Munificence, a new Gas Lamp fantasy full of magic and gritty ancient artifacts. So... not so much, I guess? *collapses*
