Sadly, I don't deal with writer's block very well. It can be quite distressing to not be able to find the words you need to keep writing. Taking time away from a manuscript sounds counter-intuitive, but that's the only way I can get perspective back to write. I need to "miss" writing to be able to enjoy it again and the words begin to flow - eventually. If I'm on deadline, a shower, a cup of tea, and a walk can also do the trick. Sometimes.

I'd love to delve into the world of magical realism I'm so drawn to lately. Could you imagine walking through the magical doors in Morgenstern's, "A Starless Sea" or jumping into the classic novels found in Fforde's, "The Eyre Affair"?
