Writers block is still a matter of controversy.
I deal with procrastination, occasional depression and fatigue. Can that be categorized as writers block?
If it can, I deal with those issues by eating well and resting.
I try not to skip meals when working on a project. This has helped me reduce fatigue and depression.
I also keep an accountability partner to help with my habit to procrastinate.

I feel the best thing about being a writer is learning resilience.
Sometimes a character or plot requires more of you. This has helped me in my studies. I can research longer and create finer essays.
On the side, writers have the pleasure to live vicariously through characters. That's a plus.
