When I'm not writing, I work as an eLearning Coordinator at a school and am also the Director of a STEAM Learning Childcare centre. I woke up at 4 am inspired. Jumped out of bed, raced to my laptop, and sat down and wrote all of my ideas down for the next couple of hours.

I have 2 manuscripts ready to present to publishers. Both children's books. One is about online safety and the other is about Dyslexia.
I'm also writing my first juvenile story to do with STEAM Learning. STEAM Learning is not about trains or ironing! It's an acronym for Science Technology Engineering Art and Mathematics.

Be resilient. You'll have setbacks along the way whether it's in the writing process, getting your dream published or hurdles encountered during the publishing journey. Don't give up! Be open to different ideas/suggestions. Follow your gut and believe in yourself.

I simply take a break. Forcing the ideas and words to flow doesn't work for me. I always have more than 1 project on the go so simply move on to a different project. Or I take a shower - that's where I get most of my ideas.
