Throughout my adult life, most of it as a single person, I have been called upon several times to intervene in failing relationships. I still see failing relationships, most currently where one or both parties spend an unreasonable amount of time on social media compared with their relationships. I felt the need to challenge how younger people approach relationship using considerable experience, weaving this knowledge into a Social Fable, hopefully to provide an interesting and informative read leaving the reader thinking about the ideas and approach I have proposed.

This is the easy question to answer. As most of my current books are either Business or Social Fables my inspiration derives from having something to say. I cannot get inspired to write straight fiction as writing is a long, lonely process so I need an objective.

I have just finished my most important book after some 4-years of toil. This is a book using over 30 years as an international corporate executive to explain what attitude, commitment, and knowledge is required to become a successful executive, especially a woman. I wanted to inject the impact of family commitment to the journey so wrote it as a Business Fable, so not a text book as such. Already endorsed by a major business school but is applicable to anyone hoping to be successful in business.
I have two further social fables that require a final push to complete, probably over the coming winter.
