I rarely have it. I seem to have ideas constantly brewing for better or worse. One tip that’s helped me when I’m struggling for ideas is to come up with stories based off what’s around me or what I’ve recently experienced. For instance, if I’m driving somewhere and bored, I’ll challenge myself to come up with a story idea right then and there. If it’s a country highway, come up with an idea around that. If I just passed a derelict farmhouse, come up with something around that.
