How do you deal with writer’s block?
Catherine Saxelby I get up and go outdoors. I find walking in the green outdoors calms me down and usually (not always) gives me an idea or a thought-starter. Otherwise a long shower is good. Try it! I think it all helps. Plus having regular deadlines to submit stuff is a real counter too!

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Catherine Saxelby I got the original inspiration from questions I was always getting eg how harmful are emulsifiers? why don't they ban MSG or 621? how can one check all the additives? how do I know which ones I should avoid? I try my best to answer these fully in the eBook - and give background and the "rules" companies have to abide by.
