Study your craft. There are tons of good writing books to get you on track. And try to write as often as you can manage it. It doesn't have to be every day. And read a lot.

I take a shower or go for a run. Anything physical is usually a good catalyst for the writing brain. I also read back over some of the previous material to get into the write frame of mind.
