What’s the best thing about being a writer?
Shell Phelps The best thing about being a writer is that there are endless opportunities. I have just published my second book, published 4 magazine articles. I am able to connect with my readers and other authors that I have not met in person but meeting virtually. Love this space.

What are you currently working on?
Shell Phelps I am currently working on recording my book for audio. It is almost done and will be available soon on Find-Away-Voices. I am narrating m own book, which is exciting to learn.

How do you deal with writer’s block?
Shell Phelps Writer's block is tricky! One way I deal with it is getting out of my space and going to do something in nature. Going for a walk, run, swim, or boating. Connection with something else to reset my mind. Waiting to be inspired. Doing anything else that is not writing or reading related helps pushes the reset button.
