I am currently working on my next book which is a documentary of my 12-month journey in recruitment - the highs, lows, positives, negatives and how I managed them along the way. My inspiration came about as I don't fit the expectation in recruitment - I am not your typical flash, loud confident salesperson and I wanted to show the world that you can be good at sales and become a top performer by just achieving what you set out to do - stay true, honest, hardworking and motivated and you will succeed. If anything, if you can buck the trend you will stand out and get noticed for the very fact that you are different!
