I would go to Middle Earth and wander around looking at the countryside.

I do not believe it exists. But if I get stuck I take a break, make a cup of tea or something, then go back to it. It usually works. If I really get stuck I put it aside for the day and work on something else.

I get to vent my frustrations on paper. I also like hearing peoples thoughts on my work, good or bad.

Don't quit your day job. When I was around ten or eleven years old I read The Mummy, The Will, and The Crypt by John Bellairs. It made me want to be a writer. I asked my dad how much writers make. He said, "How much do you make now?"
I said, "Nothing."
He said, "There you go."

I am currently writing a novel tentatively titled The Worm That Dieth Not. It will be the darkest thing I wrote to date.

Most of the time when I write I am not inspired. If I want to get the book, or short story, finished I have to sit down and write it.

A lot of inspiration comes from where I work. A short story collection I am currently sending out to publishers was mostly inspired by the factory I was in at the time.
