I simply don't deal with this issue, but I won't work when I am hungry, angry, lonely or tired so maybe that's why. Circulation is always an issue when you sit at a desk all day. Get up and walk your dogs and enjoy the sunshine.

Unless you are absolutely obsessed with being a writer don't do it. If you are obsessed, follow your passion and become the best writer you can be. You have much to learn about yourself in this profession.

I think I was born with the idea that I would someday write novels. Reading carried me through the rough bumps in the road while growing up. I do remember being challenged by my First Grade Teacher, Ms. Powers to read the most books that year. I was tied with Capi Peck then a read just one more book for a total of 101 books. You can't be a writer without loving reading.
