Well, I have thought about it a lot, but I'm not the one who has any control over that! I think it should start with the third to the last scene in which David and Kyle talking (for the second time) in prison. The movie will keep flashing back as David and Kyle talk, so most of the movie is really that scene as people find out why David is talking to Kyle and what happened. ON TUESDAY MORNING I was in the visitation room just after nine o’clock and I was watching for Kyle when a guard brought him in and he sat down. He looked scared . . . as if he were really glad there was Plexi-glass between us. I picked up my phone and nodded at him, indicating for him to do the same.
“I’m sorry about last week,” I said before he could say a word. He nodded.
“I shouldn’t have acted the way I did. I’m ready to tell you about it now if you still want to know.” He nodded again:
I started at the beginning. I told him all about Greg and Laci and their haircuts and chop, chop and chuffers and Mexico and sharks and telescopes and index fingers twisting into palms and then I asked him if I could pray with him and he said that I could, so I did. I left when the guard told me it was time to go and I drove to the spot where I knew I’d get a signal and I called Laci.
So, like I said, there has been thought about it, but it has all been MY thoughts!! Hopefully someday it will find its way into the hands of someone who makes movies and sees the potential!
I could write a screenplay (or hire someone to do it), but that is a lot of time, effort and expense. Right now, I feel like my resources are better spent continuing to market Chop, Chop and to continue writing new stories. If Chop, Chop gets popular enough, it will find its way to a movie maker all by itself.
Thank you so much for your question - it is encouraging to me to think that someone else thinks it would be a great movie, too!!! Many blessings!

I HOPE so! I am working on "The One I Trust" which is the first book in a new series. It is told by ***(SPOILER ALERT IF YOU HAVEN'T READ PON, PON) *** Charlotte's son - the one she put up for adoption in Book Three. Please keep me in your prayers that the ideas will get down on "paper" the way they are supposed to. Thank you for your question - I apologize for taking so long to answer it - I honestly didn't see it until today! Many blessings!

Hi, Cynthia!! Thank you so much for your question and I apologize for only seeing it now. "Taken" is on the back burner right now. I have been working on the first in a new series (a spin off from the Chop, Chop series). I do plan on writing "Taken", but I don't have an anticipated date for it yet! Please keep me in your prayers that all the stories I have in my head will get written and turn out the way God wants them to. Thank you so much or your interest - many blessings to you!!
