As a therapist I advocate 'flow experiences' to my clients. That is, helping them to find something they enjoy doing, that they can lose themselves in, that puts them in their happy place. Writing is my flow experience. It's my self-therapy.

Just write. Keep writing. Edit, shape, smooth out later. But, if you're writing, inspiration will come. If you wait for inspiration to come before you write, you won't be writing much at all.
