This is not a question, but a comment(?) (Question mark required). Having "lost" so many cats over the years, this book spoke to me. I gave it to a friend who had recently lost her black cat of many years and was having emotional difficulty with it. This book spoke to her as well. Thank you for addressing an issue that faces so many of us as our lifelong friends and members of the family leave us forever.

How do you get inspired to write?
Sarah Chauncey The short answer: Walking in nature. To make the most out of "butt in chair" time, I take the time to get centred and grounded first. Sarah Chauncey More Than Tuna grew out of my mindfulness blog Living the Mess, which helps overthinkers find inner peace. LTM is based on my experience spending seven years mostly in silence and solitude.
