P.G. Devlim I am currently writing a prequel series of short stories to Vampire’s Key.
P.G. Devlim Don’t stress about writers block or feel guilty if you don’t write every day. There’s plenty of other things to do: research, work on characters, edit, or take a break, go for a walk, live.
P.G. Devlim This never stresses me. I find there is a lot of pressure on writer's to make sure they write, but for me, I also need to research, edit, study, meditate and, like anything that grows, it sometimes just needs time and patience.

Therefore, if you are frustrated by writer's block, remember there is a lot to do. You can work on character research, hone your grammar and punctuation or simply go on living while your story germinates.

P.G. Devlim My next book is the sequel to Vampire's Key. I had already plotted the second book - along with some general series story arcs - while working on book 1.

I am also working on three short stories of around 10-20,000 words each which will focus on one of the female vampires from book 1.
