Who attacked me all those years ago and where are they now. My jaw was broken and my mind shattered after that day, those that attacked me got off with a slap on their wrists but who are they and where are they now. What became of them and are they better or worse people now.

TALES OF THE UNTOLD: Volume One was inspired by my short stories that I had written and kept on hold until I had something to do with them and then I got the idea for a series.

I have many stories in my head which I create on the fly, I could be watching the TV and then suddenly bam a new story is created in my head and then I put the backstory, world and characters on paper. Inspiration can come from a conversation with my fiancé, and as soon as there is something in my head I have to write it down and expand the world and characters.

I have a few book series’ I’m working on at the moment, TALES OF THE UNTOLD, The Legends of Kandôh and The Outbreak Survival Diaries. TALES OF THE UNTOLD: Volume One is out now on Kindle and a paperback version is available through Amazon.

First of all don’t call yourself an aspiring writer, you are a writer. Don’t be afraid to take that step of putting yourself out there and now with the self-publishing route it has become a lot easier to get your work out there. Don’t be disheartened if your first, second or even third book hasn’t had many copies brought, it takes time to get noticed. Write your story and have fun with it.

I love creating new worlds, characters and their backstories and then adding them into a story to tell. What the best thing is to me is having others enjoy that world, the characters, and the story.

Writers block hits you hard when in comes and you want so much to continue but you just can’t at the time. I take myself away from writing, grab a coffee and talk things through with my fiancé while playing games with my son and pretty soon if not that day but the day after I’ll kick it out of my system. My advice is to take yourself away, relax and talk it out with someone who has a fresh perspective.

If I could travel to any fictional book world it’s got to be Middle-Earth in the Hobbit and Lord of the Rings. I would explore learn more of the history and lore of the land.
