Great question! Earlier this year I was training for a marathon. One day I was running and saw a man dressed in a full blue tracksuit walking along the path. His arms were swinging back and forth with no bend in the elbow. It was like he was marching. I thought it looked interesting and it was on that day that I came up with the name “The Marching Man in Blue”.
