I've just about finished a novel set in 5th Century Wales and Ireland. It combines what archeological and semi-historical facts are available from that time with a number of legends. I'm waiting on my editor and suspect there is a bit more to do before it's properly complete.

My 5th great grandfather was a Waterloo veteran. When I found out that the village in Carmarthenshire where my family lived nearly 200 years ago was at the heart of the Rebecca uprising, it inspired me to discover and imagine more.
