I'm currently working on the sequel to The Cavern, called The Surface. It's in the middle of some massive edits/rewrites, but it's going to be great and hopefully finished by the end of 2019!

I have so many favorites that I love to read about but may not visit (Sara Douglass' harsh worlds, David Eddings' fantastical land, and even to an extent Outlander's historical map!), but I'd love to visit Harry Potter's world. I've visited both Universal parks, and that was amazing, so I'd love to be able to do magic in real life while still being in my world.

I have too many books on my to-read list (doesn't everyone), but this summer I ended up focusing on two of Brene Brown's books. I'd recently watched one of her specials and heard about some of her research, so I wanted to learn more. I highly recommend The Gifts of Imperfection for a short, yet empowering, read.
For fiction, I've been bouncing around between old favorites (Sara Douglass' The Wayfarer Redemption) and new reads like Numbers Game by Rebecca Rode.
